Transportation charges, Insurance of materials, travel, boarding, and lodging of the the installation team will be at actual and should be borne by the client. Our storage the facility is provided free of charge for 20 days after which it will be charged at the rate of 1% pm of the invoice value. Adequate measures for the safety of the delivered materials need to be taken, in the event of any theft or damages; TILI will not be responsible for the same. Any damages caused on-site due to water seepage, fire, or by any other external agencies are not covered under the company warranty and the same shall be chargeable to the customer. The project contract will be delivered within 45 days; any delay in excess of 15 days from the delivery date will attract a penalty of 1% of the invoice value per month which will be compensated by TILI.We procure materials from various sources global and domestic, delays could result from the non-availability of certain materials, this will be communicated to you within a reasonable time.
