Terms and Conditions Tili

1. Payment Terms

As outlined in the Terms and Conditions Tili, our payment structure ensures a smooth process and timely execution of your project.
  • First, pay 10% upon confirmation.

  • Then, pay 60% before production begins.

  • Finally, pay the remaining 30% prior to dispatch from the factory.


2. Refunds

After booking your project with Tili, you receive a 72-hour free look window to cancel if necessary. However, once this window closes, refunds will no longer be available.


3. Booking Fee

We adjust your 10% booking fee against future orders. However, if your project scope expands significantly, an additional 10% for the revised scope must be paid before design begins.


4. Execution Stages

Execution stages clearly define the progress of your order. Each stage signifies the completion of a major task. Accordingly, the balance payment for that stage becomes due. Tili proceeds to the next phase only after receiving the payment for the current stage. The table below outlines execution stages for various order types.


5. Estimated Project Quote

We generate an indicative quote based on your current needs. Since design preferences, material selection, and service options may evolve, the final quote may change. To stay within budget, consult your designer early in the process.

Quote Validity

Initial quotes at the 10% stage remain valid for 60 days. If the project does not proceed into execution within that time, the price may change. Additionally, proposals are valid for 21 days from the date of issue. Delays in booking or changes in scope can affect the final pricing, which applies only to the current project.

Delivery Time

We commit to delivering your order on or before the promised date. However, if the scope changes after confirmation, or in cases involving force majeure or changes in law, delivery timelines may shift.

Order Placement Stage

Once you reach this stage, we place orders for Tili furniture and décor, and arrange for marketplace items to arrive at our warehouse for dispatch. Civil work and custom furniture manufacturing also begin according to the agreed execution stages. We start work on your order only after receiving 50% of the total payment.


6. Cancellations & Returns

At the Design Stage

While you’re still finalizing your design, products listed in the tentative BoQ can be replaced or removed. Once the order is confirmed, however, we cannot cancel, replace, or modify items, as each piece is made to order.

Products with damages unrelated to manufacturing or those reported after delivery do not qualify for returns or replacements. Our returns policy excludes services, customized items, and made-to-order furniture.


7. Quality Promise

At Tili, we promise a seamless home design journey. We perform strict quality checks at every stage to ensure our products meet the highest standards. All items are free from material and manufacturing defects. Additionally, marketplace furniture and accessories purchased via tilikitchens.in come with the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
